You may be asked to submit an error report, which is generated from within the application. While most support requests can be satisfied quickly, please allow up to two business days for a response.
Customization
Do you have a specific enhancement that you would like incorporated into the application? A customized solution can be developed to meet your needs; and if your enhancement concept is considered integral to the application's general purpose, it will be included in the next product version, and your development fee will be waived.
Return Policy
